Sunwest Management has had a lawsuit filed against their company for breach of contract, fraud, professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and much more. The couple filed their lawsuit against the company one day before its owner, Jon Harder, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in court.
The couple invested over $6 million of their money in Sunwest properties and not the company itself. The lawsuit they have filed is seeking damages for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
